In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the rpjili platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rpjili platform and, if applicable, request account closure through the official support channel. Continued use of rpjili after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any individual who accesses any part of the rpjili platform, regardless of whether they have completed registration or made a deposit. By accessing the rpjili website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the rpjili platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any part of the rpjili platform.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing rpjili does not violate any laws applicable in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the rpjili platform or self-excluded from any PAGCOR-licensed gaming service.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of the Operator, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not using the platform in connection with any fraudulent, money laundering, or criminal activity as defined by Philippine law.

rpjili reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure.

Each person may maintain only one (1) registered account on rpjili. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the device, payment method, or personal information used — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details as they appear on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication settings. rpjili will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security. Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported to rpjili support immediately.

rpjili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Unionbank. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. rpjili does not charge additional fees on deposits beyond those displayed.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made using accounts, cards, or e-wallets belonging to someone other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may trigger an AML review.

Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete. rpjili targets fast processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests; actual delivery times may vary based on network conditions and banking hours. rpjili does not guarantee specific processing timeframes but will make all reasonable efforts to process requests promptly.

rpjili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of fraud checks, AML reviews, or verification of bonus wagering requirements. Players will be notified where a withdrawal has been placed under review.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with standard AML practice. If the original deposit method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be made through the support channel.

rpjili offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the offer is made. Those specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all rpjili promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain jackpot slots, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• rpjili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or system manipulation.
• Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the applicable bonus terms. Players who do not wish to be subject to bonus terms should contact support prior to making a deposit to opt out of automatic bonus crediting.

rpjili reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice where required by regulatory, technical, or commercial reasons.

All games offered on the rpjili platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing monitored by independent oversight. Game results are generated fairly and cannot be influenced by rpjili, game providers, or players.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published in individual game paytables represent the theoretical long-term average return across millions of rounds. RTP figures do not guarantee returns for individual sessions and should not be understood as a prediction of outcomes in any particular gaming session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, rpjili will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue based on the game state recorded on the server at the time of the disruption. rpjili's decision regarding the outcome in the event of technical issues is final, subject to any applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution process.

Bets placed during system maintenance windows or during periods of declared technical issues may be voided. rpjili will not be held liable for losses arising from unavoidable technical interruptions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rpjili and constitutes a material breach of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity as defined under Philippine law including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and the Revised Penal Code.
• Creating or using multiple accounts, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, avoiding account restrictions, or any other reason.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any winnings arising from exploited technical errors are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players on live dealer tables, poker games, or any game format where player interaction can affect outcomes.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims that are not based on genuine fraudulent transactions. Abusive chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your rpjili account.

All content on the rpjili platform — including but not limited to the rpjili brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the rpjili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not extend to copying, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, commercially exploiting, or reverse engineering any part of the rpjili platform or its content.

Game content, including titles, mathematics, and visual assets, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to rpjili for use on the platform. Unauthorized reproduction of any game content is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rpjili's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — including gambling losses, bonus disputes, technical failures, or account-related matters — is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rpjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

rpjili does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. While all reasonable steps are taken to maintain availability and security, periods of scheduled and unscheduled downtime may occur.

Nothing in these Terms limits rpjili's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

rpjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within the time specified by rpjili.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Player self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming provisions of these Terms.

Upon closure for breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real money and bonus balances — may be forfeited to the extent permitted by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. rpjili will notify you of the reason for closure where possible and legally permissible to do so.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rpjili support. Any real money balance remaining after withdrawal of eligible funds will be returned via your registered payment method.

rpjili is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The platform offers the following tools to help players manage their gaming behavior, accessible through account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take immediate effect when reduced; increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play to help manage time spent on the platform.
• Loss Limits — Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a defined period; the platform will suspend betting once the limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion — Voluntarily exclude yourself from the rpjili platform for a minimum of 30 days, up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Contact support to apply.

Your use of the rpjili platform is subject to the rpjili Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how rpjili collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and PAGCOR's data governance requirements.

By registering an account on rpjili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. rpjili will not sell your personal information to third parties. Data sharing is limited to regulatory compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and platform operations as described in the Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by rpjili, subject to legal retention obligations. Requests relating to personal data should be directed to rpjili support.

rpjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rpjili will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date, and where appropriate, by notifying registered players via the email address on their account.

Your continued use of the rpjili platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. rpjili recommends reviewing the Terms & Conditions each time you access the platform to ensure you are aware of the current version.

These Terms & Conditions and your relationship with rpjili are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without reference to conflict-of-laws principles that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction's laws.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be addressed through rpjili's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact rpjili support in writing with a full description of the issue and the relief sought. rpjili will endeavor to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through rpjili's internal process, and where the matter falls within PAGCOR's jurisdiction as the licensing authority, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Where no PAGCOR mechanism applies, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines, with Pasay City as the agreed venue, both parties submitting to that exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents rpjili from seeking urgent injunctive relief or other equitable remedies from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate rights and interests.
